What Astrohalpha does, and who it does it for
Astrohalpha is a boutique real estate agency operating in Curitiba, Parana, with a deliberate focus on four services: private property sales, carefully screened rental lettings, independent written valuations, and property consulting. We work with individuals and families selling or acquiring residential property, small business owners navigating commercial real estate decisions, and investors assessing Curitiba's neighbourhoods before committing capital. We do not handle commercial developments at scale, we do not manage large residential portfolios, and we are not a high-volume transactional agency. What we are is a small, experienced team that gives every engagement the sustained attention it requires. Our clients are typically professionals and business owners for whom a property transaction intersects with personal privacy, estate planning, or a significant financial inflection point — and for whom the standard estate-agency experience, with its open days and portal listings, is neither appropriate nor welcome. Curitiba's real estate market has its own rhythms — different from Sao Paulo's volume and Rio's volatility — and we have spent years understanding which streets, which building types, and which ownership structures perform reliably in this city's specific economic and climatic context.
How we work — and where our limits are
Our process begins with listening. Before we advise, quote, or act, we sit down with the client — in person or by secure video call — and build a clear picture of what they need, what timeline they are working to, and what outcomes matter most. From there, we operate with two rules that we do not bend: first, no client's name, property, or financial position is shared with any third party without explicit written consent; second, if we cannot deliver what a client needs — because the situation falls outside our scope or the timeline is unrealistic — we say so at the start, not after weeks of wasted time. We have completed valuations for estate settlements in the Batel and Centro Civico districts, placed tenants for landlords across Agua Verde, Bigorrilho, and Alto da XV, and advised buyers and sellers on transactions ranging from compact studio flats to multi-floor commercial suites. Since founding in 2017, we have handled over 140 individual client engagements — none of which involved a client's information appearing where it should not. That record matters to us because it is the only evidence of discretion that is worth anything.
